Hi, my name is Jessica Hughes and I create beautiful, contemporary handmade wedding cakes and cakes for any celebration.

All wedding cakes are handmade and I specialise in chocolate but I also make tiered and individual - whatever you want! I can dress the cake in beautiful flowers from your wedding colour scheme.

Based just north of Newport, South Wales. Delivery can be arranged.

  For Rosie & Ben I created a four tiered, chocolate torte wedding cake filled with chocolate ganache covered in frosted Royal Icing. The colour was chosen from Rosie's wedding colour scheme to match her dress. The flowers again were chosen to compliment her bouquet and the floral table arrangements.

  For Fran I created a cake covered in a rich chocolate sauce and then decorated with dark chocolate scrolls. This was a rich chocolate cake layered with ganache. The wedding cake was dressed with eucalyptus and roses to match Fran's scheme.

  This two tiered cake - one tier was moist carrot cake and the other was a luscious lemon cake. The cake was decorated with handmade delicate sugar butterflies (made from royal icing) and covered in white sugar paste.
